Presentation was effective in explaining about contributions which is very important in an NPO which I am an accountant for.

Knowledgeable, but not interactive. Meaning, the topic is dry - anything to do with audit tends to be dry - there is no need to deliver a "dry" presentation.

I did not find this instructor to be adequate.

The instructor is very knowledgeable and provided excellent internal control suggestions. He also has an in-depth understanding of SOX history and requirements. As a suggestion, the course consolidates four different SOX trainings, which results in some repetitive slides and presentations. I recommend eliminating those repetitive elements to improve the overall flow of the course..
