Basic foundational education on what is an audit. Perhaps a little too basis for what I hoped it would be.

The instructor is very knowledgeable and provided excellent internal control suggestions. He also has an in-depth understanding of SOX history and requirements. As a suggestion, the course consolidates four different SOX trainings, which results in some repetitive slides and presentations. I recommend eliminating those repetitive elements to improve the overall flow of the course..

I would love to give this course a 5 star rating but it was so long and very repetitive. All of the courses that are more than 2 or 3 credits seem to be compilations of multiple related sessions on a particular topic that are just so repetitive. I had to listen and go through the presentation for 6 hours only to do the final exam where literally all of the answers to the questions were "all of the above".
