Good presentation to explain what to consider during a business combination, which is needed as our organization has been combining with several entities recently.

The session was detailed in a crisp manner. Those who wants an overview of ASC 842 should definitely attend this session.

The material covered by this course is quite extensive and would merit more time , the course provided a very high level explanation of mining relevant IFRS and IAS , also I though it would cover IFRS 20 Capitalization of waste removal cost which is quite particular to the mining industry but it was not part of the course.

I did not get much from the class. Instructor was not engaging and basically read his material.
