This webinar was a good overview of schedule M-3 and schedule K/K-1. The presenter was very knowledgeable and was able to clearly explain the topic and provided examples and suggestions about common errors to watch out for when preparing these forms.

Excellent class. Love this instructor. I don't do taxes but have worked in accounting for companies taxed as partnerships, and the instructors point on how poorly companies track basis is spot on. I can't remember a time when I started with a LLC taxed as a partnership and had accurate calculations of outside basis. Always wondered why the IRS never focused on this.
