This topic was a little over my head since I don't do taxes for very many corporations. I do appreciate that the class was available as "on demand" which allowed be to back up the presentation or open another window to get more information.

Nicholas is always straight and to the point. I actually pay attention to his seminars because I learn so much and there isn't much added that I don't need. It seems I always learn something and the review questions are adequate as I've already watched the material. I get frustrated with instructors that make it so difficult I can't get the credit sometimes.
