APTD holders grasp the significance of effective talent development strategies and their alignment with organizational success and possess solid foundational knowledge.
APTD Professional Recertification Requirement Overview:
40 Points in 3 years.
No mandatory Ethics requirement.
APTD holders recertifying before April 30, 2024, need 15 points, focusing on the new topics in the Talent Development Capability Model.
100% in Self-Study.
The CPTD certification lasts three years from the day after passing the exam.
No carry forward allowed.
The certification must be renewed three (3) months (90 days) before expiration.
Courses must be from ATD-approved Providers.

The APTD certification is valid for three years, beginning the day after completing the examination.

Subject Area Requirements :
