This was a topic I have not seen presented so it was nice to brush up on the topic of real estate. The instructor has a lot of experience and he was able to present the materials in an orderly fashion that made it understandable.

One of the best instructors / presenters I’ve heard here. He didn’t try to speak over his audience’s head, he spoke in easy to understand terms and made sure to explain terms that might be confusing or more difficult to understand.
