I would have liked to see Demonstrations using AI as the instructor is recommending. It was great theory just No practical demonstrations were given

Great job in laying out the tax law in this area. Rich could be a little more animated when talking though. Just because he’s the Real Estate Whisperer doesn’t mean he has to whisper!

This is was a very informative session on how AI is a tool but not the solution and that we should still fact-check it's findings/recommendations.
