I've taken another course by Mr. Arzaga and he's a very good presenter. He clearly explains all aspects of investing in rental real estate by individuals to help investors avoid common pitfalls and to take advantage of some tax features such as tax free exchanges, etc. I recommend this course as it shows the important differences between highly optimistic "projections" and what the true operating costs and potential losses could be.

Great CE, I was thrown into this very quickly with my mother four years ago and watched her retirement savings quickly depleted for care and is now on Medicaid and in a nursing home. Unfortunate situation but it has made me very aware of this need for my husband and myself and we are working with our financial advisor on a LTCi plan. This helped fill in the gaps and get me comfortable with the idea as "insurance" puts off a lot of people, including myself. thank you for doing this!
