The presenter is dry but it just maybe the nature of the topic. There were technical issues with the first polling question thus I think several folks were focused on ensuring we get credit for the course. Sam Warren was being unprofessional and salty commenting that those that commented on the chat about their concerns as 'Karens'. He noted " Yeah and that they forward them the Karen department" as his response to Kim Lewis' feedback." Along with other salty comments. Inappropriate! Hope he is not part of the MyCPE staff.
