This was an informative presentation and it was presented well - organized, presented at a good pace, clearly explained and with an appropriate amount of illustration to keep it understandable. Overall this was one of the best presentations that I have heard.

Helpful information but the delivery of the material was often hard to follow and came across as disorganized. There is understandably an effort to try and cover as much as possible in the 1-hour period, but it would have been more beneficial for me to have them break this session into more than one, covering the foundations of sales/use tax and then the unique situations.

The presenters and the presentation were extremely professional. They used some amusing tax humor and good examples to make the presentation more interesting.

This is a good introductory level to sales and use tax. I am a novice to sales and use tax and the terminology was over my head. I took notes, and did research on the terminology I did not understand. Now I am looking for the next level webinar on sales and use tax.
