Profound, simplistic framework of relearning How to Live our Best Life, and Be Best Version of Self. Helpful to reflect on where I am in this chapter of my life cycle. Thinking through the downside of lower self esteem is very motivational to taking actions to increase self esteem. Beneficial time spent and positive takeaways for Being Better and creating more expansion for others.

Excellent Program, common sense based in a manner easily understood and absorbed. No "lingo" or vocabulary used that wasn't understandable. Makes learning the topic easier without struggling to understand a different occupation or function
