I liked the course, but it moved a little slow with the personal stories. I liked the quotes she gave and is good check on how we are doing with compassion.

Overall it wasn’t bad, but feel a bit conceptional, too many quotes. Wish there could be more real life examples to make the concept easier for understanding.
