This 4 part program on team building, communication, conflict resolution, and developing virtual teams was terrific. All 3 leaders were knowledgeable with stories and facts that highlighted key points. Highly recommend this program to any organization. The emotional intelligence information was enlightening.

this overall presentation was very informative to get to understand the overall human resources process of talent management, how to stay current with what the market is needing/wanting but also to work internally to make sure internal processes are up-to-date and staying current with market demands.

Overall, I think this course was very good and effective. The length was a little challenging. One of the presenters was a little harder to understand, but it was just a matter of presentation style. I especially liked their use of examples.
