I liked the idea two presenters and one topic. Coaching, I liked the concept and will incorporate what I learned.

I am going to read this guy's books. He was very knowledgable and covered these items in a relatable way that gave me insight on effective execution.

Overall, I think this course was very good and effective. The length was a little challenging. One of the presenters was a little harder to understand, but it was just a matter of presentation style. I especially liked their use of examples.

Several slides show pictures of only male employees. Given this is a leadership course, it gives the impression only males are leaders. I would suggest using integrated male/female diagrams, instead of singular gender.

This webinar was much more comprehensive than I expected. I appreciated that there were 4 speakers on the call discussing various subjects around Organizational Development. It gave me a great perspective on changes that could be implemented within my own company. I appreciated the examples and references and the layout was well thoughtout.
