Be careful when you talk about parents paying for child care. We all paid for it 20 years ago, but we didn't have streaming services, Starbucks coffee every day, new phones every year, and such. Also, employees are paid to work, NOT watch their children. There are definitely benefits to coming to an office, but that was not talked about.

This course gave me a new understanding of OD. We usually hear of OD at times that consultants are brought in, but this made me realize that I already incorporate some of this in my own work style as I work with new people.
