In addition, many employers do not have appropriate policies and procedures in place that adequately address the behavior as it arises. The beginning of the on-demand recording seems to have started in the middle of the presenters introduction. It made for a rough start to get accustomed to the presenter's pace. Afterwards, I really felt this course was beneficial. . Please review and consider another recording or editing. It's hard to start a course with so much info feeling like you're already behind.
