Very interesting presentation. I found the distinction between Equity and Equality to be very stimulating. The topic is so important that it needs enough time for a lively and frank Socratic exchange devoid of political variations on a theme but instead logical and respectful narrative. We need more seminars of this type ... Ironically, AI, machine learning, bots, and robotics may resolve many of these issues in the decades to come. The subject matter may evolve into a minimum standard of pay for not working. In accounting, 95% of the present accounting jobs may be eliminated. That factor would solve the employee shortages in most for profit activities.
