I’m really worried about raising my prices; my clients are very price sensitive. I would simply lose them.

It's easy to assume that your clients and prospective clients are just price-sensitive and want the cheapest quote. This is only true when they don’t see or appreciate the value they’ll get.
In reality, few people are truly price-sensitive. When people see and appreciate the value, most will pay more. For example, do those same clients drive the cheapest available car? Or more expensive ones, do they have the cheapest possible mobile phone? Or the more expensive ones? They have a choice about their purchases and yet in many cases, they'll choose to pay more where they perceive value.
