The instructor acknowledged that she was speaking to an audience of accountants and not policy or decision makers, however she presented the material in terms of co-worker to co-worker. The discussion really made me take a step back and to rethink some things including the isolation of remote working and how that can impact not only my co-workers but myself also.

We are struggling more and more with mental health issues amongst our employee population. The presenter gave great suggestions for dealing with this topic. We need more guidance on this as we all become more aware of mental health issues.
