This was an excellent webinar! The instructor was very knowledgeable about the subject matter, and he successfully presented the material very clearly (verbally as well as in his Powerpoint presentation), at a good pace, and he included examples/stories, which made it easier for the viewer to understand. I was very impressed!

Great seminar. His voice slowed down greatly in a manner which appeared that someone's battery was dying. That was annoying but not a deal breaker. I thought it was my computer but I was fully charged and does not happen with other seminars. No big deal but someone should listen to seminars before they are posted.
