This class offered at least 3 easy to remember concepts: 1) quantative words highlight pertinent data, 2) conciseness is the Golden Rule of Grammar, 3) when it comes to attention to details, typos are turn offs! Bonus: Write in bite size chunks to make it easier for the reader to digest and comprehend the author's purpose. This course is valuable and easy to apply!
