Lots of good info in this webinar, the delivery was a bit dry.

Although the program has some great insights on how to assess issues in relation to the public, much of the teaching points are very subjective. Was very put off by the climate change initiative of the presentation and would NOT recommend this to anyone. Very disappointed.
