Course Description

The ethical challenges faced by CPAs in today’s dynamic business environment demand that they keep up with the relevant professional standards and rules. This course will provide a comprehensive update on the conceptual ethical theories, laws, rules and regulations in the AICPA Code of Professional Conduct and other ethical standards promulgated by the PCAOB/SEC, GAO and IFAC. Participants will gain insights into application of the standards and rules through discussion and practical examples of ethical situations encountered in your everyday practice.

This course fulfills a 2-hour annual CPE requirement in ethics for CPA's or accountants.
