She was most recently Head of People of Culture at Volk Optical, overseeing the international HR function and prior to that she served as HR Manager and Business Partner for US Sales with ZOLL Medical, overseeing a high-volume recruiting operation. Prior to joining ZOLL, she held senior level HR roles where she led several organization wide transformation and change management efforts.
In 2019, founded Davis Hill Consulting, where branched out from her corporate background into the consulting world where she leverages her expertise to build collaborative relationships with clients to develop training and advance their talent and people practices. Very interesting presentation. I found the distinction between Equity and Equality to be very stimulating. The topic is so important that it needs enough time for a lively and frank Socratic exchange devoid of political variations on a theme but instead logical and respectful narrative. We need more seminars of this type ... Ironically, AI, machine learning, bots, and robotics may resolve many of these issues in the decades to come. The subject matter may evolve into a minimum standard of pay for not working. In accounting, 95% of the present accounting jobs may be eliminated. That factor would solve the employee shortages in most for profit activities.
