Course Description

There are various ethical challenges faced by CPAs in modern day competitive business environment. To deal with such challenges demand a thorough understanding and practical application of the ethical standards and rules.

This fundamental webinar introduces the ethical standards for the CPAs. Irrespective of the CPA is employed in public accounting, governmental accounting, or private accounting practice, these standards provide a guidance as to what the CPAs as an ethical professional should do. The ethical principles discussed are based on the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) Code of Professional Conduct, which are the basic standards for all CPAs. The webinar takes a practical approach and provides applications of the relevant professional standards through a discussion in a professional context.
