After a 12-year career with the company, Global Tax Network (GTN), a leading mobility tax services provider, has promoted Jen Frentz to Director of Marketing from January 1, 2024. The move reflects GTN's commitment to strategic marketing leadership, with Frentz credited for aligning marketing strategies with client needs and launching significant campaigns that strengthen the firm's brand.
Global Tax Network (GTN), a leader in mobility tax services, has promoted Jen Frentz to Director of Marketing, effective January 1, 2024. Frentz’s elevation marks a significant milestone in a 12-year career defined by innovation, brand development, and audience-focused strategy.
Frentz began her GTN journey in 2012 as a Client Service Assistant and quickly transitioned into a full-time marketing role, becoming the firm’s first dedicated marketing professional in 2015. Over the years, she has advanced through increasingly senior roles, most recently serving as Marketing Manager for the past four years.
Her leadership has shaped GTN’s marketing operations, positioning the firm as a trusted voice in global mobility. Frentz is credited with aligning marketing strategies to client needs, launching impactful campaigns, and driving initiatives that showcase GTN’s expertise in supporting mobile employees and HR teams worldwide.
“Jen is a seasoned marketer who understands the importance of crafting practical and meaningful messaging that truly connects with our audience,” said GTN President Eric Loff. “With Jen’s proven leadership and dedication, we’re excited about the ongoing value and positive impact she will deliver in this role.”

Frentz holds a Bachelor of Science in Graphic Design from The Arts Institute International Minnesota. Her promotion reflects GTN’s ongoing investment in strategic marketing leadership to drive global growth and client engagement.
