Johnson Lambert LLP has promoted Andrew Cleveland and Kregg Guestin to partner roles and appointed Regina Lappin as the firm's chief process officer, effective from January 1. The promotions reflect Johnson Lambert's commitment to leadership development and operational efficiency, positioning the firm for anticipated growth and success in the accounting and insurance sectors.
Johnson Lambert LLP, a Raleigh, N.C.-based accounting and advisory firm, has announced key leadership appointments, naming Andrew Cleveland and Kregg Guestin as partners and Regina Lappin as chief process officer, effective January 1. These strategic promotions reflect the firm’s ongoing commitment to leadership development, industry expertise, and operational efficiency.
New Partners: Andrew Cleveland and Kregg Guestin
Andrew Cleveland, who began his career at Johnson Lambert as an audit intern in 2015, has steadily advanced within the firm, becoming a recognized expert in statutory accounting principles (SAP) and generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP). His deep expertise in the property and casualty insurance sector has established him as a trusted advisor. In addition to his client work, Cleveland co-leads the firm’s corporate governance webinar series, providing insights on emerging topics such as artificial intelligence, ESG, and technological advancements shaping the industry.
Kregg Guestin also joined the firm in 2015, bringing prior experience in tax and accounting. As a leader in Johnson Lambert’s tax practice, he specializes in tax compliance and consulting for commercial and captive insurance companies, alternative risk entities, and affiliated organizations. Guestin also plays an instrumental role in talent development, focusing on recruiting and training initiatives designed to attract and mentor the next generation of tax professionals within the firm.
Regina Lappin Appointed Chief Process Officer
Since joining Johnson Lambert in 2021 as the engagement resources team lead, Regina Lappin has played a crucial role in optimizing financial management, cross-functional collaboration, and operational processes. In her new role as chief process officer, she will lead change management efforts, enhance process efficiencies, and facilitate streamlined project management across the firm. Her expertise in process improvement and organizational strategy will support Johnson Lambert’s continued focus on operational excellence.
