Maddox’s deep expertise in human resources and talent strategy has been honed across diverse environments, including her most recent role as Chief Human Resources Officer at LBMC Employment Partners, LLC. She holds an MBA from Trevecca Nazarene University and a bachelor’s degree from Middle Tennessee State University.
