In January 2024, Maner Costerisan, a full-service public accounting, technology, wealth management, and business consulting firm, announced significant leadership advancements. Five team members have been promoted to principal, and Katie Hamilton, CPA, has been appointed to the firm's board of directors, effective January 1, 2024.
Katie Hamilton, who joined Maner Costerisan in 2019, oversees the firm's tax department and is responsible for its growth strategy and client service. She has been instrumental in launching Maner Wealth, the firm's wealth management service, and provides expert counsel on income, estate, and gift tax planning for the firm's clients.
The five team members promoted to principal are:
Jessica Fleet: Joined Maner Costerisan in 2014, working in the accounting and outsourced solutions department, providing services to clients across various industries, including healthcare and small and mid-sized businesses.
Joel Korson: Provides accounting, audit, tax, and consulting services to small and mid-sized business clients, particularly in the construction and manufacturing sectors. He started at the firm as an intern in 2013.
Nick Kossaras: Joined the firm a decade ago, specializing in providing audit services to affordable housing and education clients. He is deeply involved with the audit department’s strategic planning and is researching next-generation audit software to lead Maner into the future.
Stephanie Kossaras: Specializes in affordable housing and multi-state entities, providing tax advice, planning, and preparation to the firm's for-profit clients. She also supports the firm's employee benefit plan specialty, helping clients ensure their retirement funds are appropriately managed through audits.
Clayton Stiffler: Joined Maner Costerisan in 2014, providing accounting and outsourcing expertise to clients in various industries, including small and mid-sized businesses, cannabis, and construction. He leads the firm's construction team.
