Mesch PLLC Elevates Cyrus Wagner III and David Molenda to Partner

Fort Worth, Texas-based accounting firm Mesch PLLC has announced the promotion of tax manager Cyrus Wagner III and audit manager David Molenda to partners, effective January 24, 2025. They will join Managing Partner Derick Mesch and founder Fred Mesch in leading the firm.

This transition to a partner-led model for the tax and audit departments underscores Mesch PLLC's commitment to providing hands-on client service at all levels. Managing Partner Derick Mesch emphasized the firm's dedication to combining national-level service with deep partner involvement, highlighting the benefits of being a locally owned Fort Worth firm.

Expressing enthusiasm about his new role, Wagner noted the firm's dynamic environment, absence of unnecessary internal bureaucracy, and the resulting ability to deliver exceptional client service while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. He also highlighted the firm's low turnover rate, which contributes to experienced and consistent client account management.

Molenda, reflecting on his 25-year career in accounting, expressed his passion for working with diverse clients and industries in North Texas. He likened audit work to detective work, involving investigation, thorough documentation, and providing informed opinions. Molenda looks forward to further developing the firm's unique audit department.
