PrimeGlobal has announced a series of key leadership appointments and promotions for the first quarter of 2025, reflecting its continued commitment to strategic growth, member engagement, and regional support. Highlighting the wave of changes is the appointment of Jenn Walker as executive director, Americas. Walker brings extensive experience in association leadership, most recently serving as director of services at CPAmerica.
“Jenn’s dedication to creating relevant, high-value initiatives aligns seamlessly with PrimeGlobal’s 2030 Strategy, ensuring members continue to receive the tools and opportunities that matter most in today’s competitive environment,” said Steve Heathcote, PrimeGlobal CEO. “We look forward to embarking on this new chapter with Jenn and are excited about the opportunities ahead.”
Walker’s appointment is part of a broader leadership update that includes five all-female promotions and appointments, reinforcing PrimeGlobal’s commitment to diversity and leadership development.
Heidi Brundage has been promoted to director – member services, recognizing her leadership in strengthening collaboration and best practices across the global membership. In this role, she will oversee key member platforms, engagement initiatives, and business development support, ensuring firms are equipped with the tools and resources they need to succeed.
In Latin America, Sofi Wehncke has been named director – Latin America, building on her efforts to increase regional engagement and senior-level collaboration. Under her leadership, Latin America has achieved a 94% member satisfaction rate. Her new role will enable her to expand support and foster greater alignment across the region.
Bridget Sivewright has been promoted to training & development manager, consolidating PrimeGlobal’s professional development efforts. Her refined role focuses on delivering impactful training aligned with the organization’s broader strategic goals around talent development.
Rounding out the updates, LaCardia Knowles joins as membership coordinator – North America. She will support Communities of Practice (COPs), manage referrals, oversee webinar coordination, and monitor community engagement platforms, playing a critical role in strengthening North American member support.
These leadership changes reinforce PrimeGlobal’s mission to provide forward-thinking guidance, support, and innovation across its global network, ensuring that member firms remain competitive and connected in an evolving business landscape.
