These key promotions are set to strengthen the firm's services across HR, marketing, ESOP advisory, multistate tax compliance, real estate and construction tax services and transaction advisory.

Redpath and Company has elevated Sarah Gengenbach, CPA to Partner and named Teri Grahn, Dustin Hultman, and Jeremy Miller as Directors, effective October 1, 2024. Based in St. Paul, Minnesota, the firm’s latest promotions reflect its deep bench of talent across operations, tax, and advisory services.

Gengenbach, Redpath’s Chief Operating Officer, has been with the firm since 2000 and brings a multifaceted background in HR, marketing, and ESOP advisory. Grahn, a seasoned sales and use tax expert, leads multistate compliance strategies, while Hultman spearheads tax services for construction and real estate clients. Miller, part of Redpath’s transaction advisory team, has supported over 250 due diligence projects for private equity and corporate clients.
