York-based professional services firm Stambaugh Ness has expanded its ownership team with the appointment of 15 professionals. This strategic enlargement forms part of the company's Ownership and Leadership Program, which aims to drive future growth and offer enhanced leadership opportunities.

Stambaugh Ness Expands Ownership with 15 New Appointments

Stambaugh Ness, a professional services firm based in York, Pennsylvania, has announced the addition of 15 professionals to its ownership team, effective January 31, 2024. This strategic expansion increases the firm's total number of owners to 37, out of more than 200 employees across 30 states.

New Owners and Their Roles

The newly appointed owners and their respective positions are:

Michael DiOrio: Director, Vision/Vantagepoint Consulting & Data Solutions

Patrick Dolan: Senior Manager, Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC)

Zach Eshelman: IT Service Desk Manager

Julie Felpel: Senior Manager, AEC

Kevin Hebblethwaite: Director, Business Development

John Honodel: Chief Information Officer

Dennis Kelly: Senior Manager, Tax

Kevin Kline: Managing Director, Assurance

Karen Poist: Managing Director, State Advisory Services

Laura Reid: Manager, CFO Advisory

Asher Robertson: Project Services Engineer, L3/Team Lead

Nicholas Simpson: Senior Manager, Tax

Jason Sneeringer: Director, Tax

Kimberley Tarnakow: Director, State Advisory Services

Tim Wagner: Director, Client Learning and Development Experience

This expansion is part of Stambaugh Ness's Ownership and Leadership Program, designed to align with the firm's anticipatory approach to future growth and to provide elevated leadership opportunities for its employees.
