WilkinGuttenplan, a prestigious accounting and advisory firm, has promoted Christine G. Pronek to Partner, effective February 19, 2024. Pronek, a seasoned professional with extensive experience in taxation and trust and estate matters, has served clients ranging from moderate to ultra-high-net-worth individuals, which aligns with WilkinGuttenplan's service to closely held/middle-market businesses, high-net-worth individuals, and emerging entrepreneurs, among others.
WilkinGuttenplan, a leading mid-sized accounting and advisory firm headquartered in New Jersey, has announced the promotion of Christine G. Pronek, CPA, MST, to Partner, effective February 19, 2024.
Professional Background
Christine began her accounting career in 1998 as a Revenue Agent at the Internal Revenue Service, gaining exceptional tax training. She joined Withum in the same year, where she became an integral part of their tax department, handling various tax return categories, including business, individual, payroll, sales tax, and not-for-profit. Christine specialized in trust, estate, and gift tax work during her tenure at EisnerAmper (formerly Amper, Politziner & Mattia) from 2005. She further expanded her career by joining FMTRL in 2010, which later merged with PKF O’Connor Davies in 2014. By 2019, she had ascended to the role of Partner-in-Charge of the Trust and Estate Department at PKF O’Connor Davies, serving clients ranging from moderate to ultra-high-net-worth individuals, and handling both domestic and international trust and estate matters.
Educational Qualifications
Christine earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Quinnipiac University and her Master of Science in Taxation from Fairleigh Dickinson University. She continues her education through regular continuing professional education (CPE) and educational seminars.
