Being heavily marketed to an online HRIS platform, the material didn't translate to many employers. As an HR consultant, i was looking for for a little more content that was not obvious.

I wasn't aware that the webinar was just a promotion for their HR software. If you don't have the software, many of the ideas were not able to be applied.
