Course Description

Course Description

Religious discrimination, in the context of employment, is treating employees differently because of their religion, religious beliefs or practices, and/or their request for accommodation —a change in a workplace rule or policy— for their religious beliefs and practices. After the EEOC update, many changes have to be incorporated and followed by businesses.

This CPE webinar focuses on religious discrimination under Title VII. Did you know that in January 2021 the EEOC updated its Compliance Manual on this issue? Don’t have time to read & understand 120+ pages of the single-spaced Manual? Attend this online continuing professional education webinar to get the nuts and bolts and tons of examples that you are likely to encounter in the real world. I was hoping that this would cover items in relation to COVID19 as that is why they released new guidelines. It was disappointing that there was no content about that.
