I really appreciate the education you provide. Hunt-and-peck "Google-search" learning is wonderful, but to have one presenter/one topic with a presenter who is so patient and clearly expresses the concepts and application of the principals is a joy!

I thought this was very good. I think Alicia is one of the best trainers I've experienced. There was a glitch in the tape so a few minutes were repeated in the middle
