Course Description

Episode 13 is here, and we're tearing apart the traditional notions of leadership. In this episode, we're flipping the script on power dynamics with a bold look at shared leadership—where decision-making doesn't hang on one person's shoulders but flows across the entire team. How does this radical shift fuel creativity and collaboration? What do leaders need to empower people, instill trust, and push for success? Dr. Young Park steps in, armed with deep research, to crack these codes wide open.

We dive headfirst into the delicate balance of task-oriented versus relational leadership—two forces constantly at play. How are leaders seen through the eyes of their teams? Do companies need a single person steering the ship, or can shared leadership be the lifeline modern organizations need? Real-world examples peel back the layers of how leaders navigate today's high-pressure environments while dodging the landmines of toxic behaviors that kill progress.

Key topics covered:

  • Empowerment through shared leadership
  • Task versus relational leadership
  • Perception's role in leadership
  • Avoiding toxic leadership behaviors
  • Leadership lessons from history

Get ready to uncover the power of team empowerment, hard-hitting lessons from history's greatest leaders, and battle-tested strategies to ignite a vibrant, winning workplace. Episode 13 doesn't just scratch the surface; it challenges you to rethink how you lead, grow, and shape the future with your team.
