Steven was knowledgeable and thorough in his information about the product and what is offered. He was empathetic to my situation. He went above and beyond answering all of my many questions. Excellent service!
Great service and very patient as I asked several questions. Steven answered all my questions and helped me make the right decision in my subscription purchase. Thank you.
It is what it advertised to be. Professional quality training and CPE tracking and certificates; systems knows AZ CPA CPE requirements and categories. I've needed help on several occasions and the assistance was quick and effective; however, there were some problems with data entry. The assistance sometimes asks for input, but when I try to type it is dissallowed for some reason. On several occasions I had to close the popup to get it out of my way.
Great customer service. Classes are pertinent. Great value

Too many people carry debt burdens without workable plans to reduce that burden. An annual, oft-touted study measures the percentage of people who could cover a $400 emergency. In a May 2022 report based on data from late 2021, the Federal Reserve found that over 60% of Americans could cover a $400 emergency expense using cash or its equivalent. For example, some people said they could pay that sort of bill by swiping a credit card but paying its balance in full when its statement arrived. Still, others reported they could take a personal loan from a bank or a relative.
Of course, the bad news is that close to 30% of Americans clearly couldn't cover a $400 emergency using cash or its equivalent as of late last year. Making matters worse, the original $400 used in the survey was calculated in 2011; since then, inflation pegs the real amount of a comparable emergency at $1,400. A reliance on debt to cover a small emergency helps to illuminate a massive debt problem. The New York Fed's quarterly Household Debt and Credit Survey (HHDC) shows that total consumer debt stands at $16.5 trillion as of the second quarter of 2022. That's a record high as far as the HHDC goes.

The presentation and presenter were excellent. She provided timely information in an effective manner which enhanced the learning experience. The pace was great because it gave me the opportunity to absorb the information before she moved on which meant I was able to retain and now pass along to my clients.
