Course Description

This course is valid up to December 31st, 2023 for CFP Professionals. It is advisable to complete this course before that to process the credit on time.

Despite gains in labor participation over the last few decades, women continue to experience a gender pay gap, impacting the income stream available to save, spend, and invest at comparable rates to men's.

Retirement and other long-term investment goals suffer, as a result. Unfortunately, the pandemic has reversed key trends in women-owned businesses and their labor participation rates overall. Studies continue to show that financial literacy is a cornerstone of economic stability and despite gains in other areas of life, women of all ages still report looking to someone else for assistance in understanding and guiding their finances.

In a perfect world, all of us would understand money and how to best make it work toward our goals. Unfortunately, many of us feel uncertain about the skills and knowledge necessary for financial empowerment. This cornerstone of financial empowerment is what the Women and Their Money series is built around, and this course helps participants focus on their goals.

While this CE/CPE course builds on the groundwork we established in previous Women and Their Money sessions, its focus on goal setting and the use of strategic planning to achieve those goals make this webinar a go-to program for anyone trying to build a better financial future. As in our previous courses, this program is full of actionable ideas.
