You play every day and don’t even know it. Win the game with your clients, boss, team and prospects to dramatically improve your bottom line...and detect fraud before it happens.

Do they really like your proposal?

Do they like the job you did?

Are they telling you the truth about their budget and P&L?

Are they telling you all of their needs?

Are they really who they say they are in the first place?

And most importantly, did your kids eat those donuts … or did the dog?

Very interesting and entertaining class. I'm not sure that I'd agree with all the speaker's conclusions, but it certainly gives you a lot to think about, and a plethora of concrete details and practices when it comes to the art of spotting a liar.

The material, the instructor and the presentation were great. Lots of great information. However, the quiz at the end is EXTREMELY hard. I listened to the entire presentation, but I had to retake the exam 4 times to pass. Just a reminder, not everyone taking the exam is trying to be a forensic examiner!
