Great job in explaining M&A Valuation issues. The topic was too inclusive for the budgeted time. All 60 minutes was used with the last point 6 on valuation being abbreviated. I would suggest at least 1.5 hours. Mr. Holzel's knowledge and explanation was outstanding. Thank you.

I really enjoyed this presentation as a controlling this is an area that our CFO typically handles but I feel that I have a better understanding of the process overall
