We’re looking at developing a D&I program and it covered a few things we haven’t thought of. The presenter was good and content was good. I was hoping to hear more questions from the attendees. I also liked the resources provided. My first webinar with cpe and it was a great experience. Thank you!

With recent mentions of DEI in the news and media, this was a good course to introduce what that means for the workplace. The definitions and examples were very clear.

Very good information on crisis management. A bit older since the focus was the COVID-19 pandemic but certainly useful information that can be applied to any type of crisis within the workplace.

I with the hand out was improved with more information and updated screenshots (example the list of traditionalists, baby boomers, and so on - leadership and communication types are open. I do not have a printer and could not type in the boxes of the pdf.

I enjoyed this webinar. It was a helpful way to show how we can stay on top of all of the things that are changing so quickly.

This is my second webinar with this presenter, and I enjoyed them both. I liked the focus on the different aspects of leadership and the changing workforce: multi-generational, diversity, and dealing with issues brought abut the the pandemic
