It is what it advertised to be. Professional quality training and CPE tracking and certificates; systems knows AZ CPA CPE requirements and categories. I've needed help on several occasions and the assistance was quick and effective; however, there were some problems with data entry. The assistance sometimes asks for input, but when I try to type it is dissallowed for some reason. On several occasions I had to close the popup to get it out of my way.

Michael McDonald is Managing Principal of Morning Investments. He specializes in training and consulting solutions for big data, predictive analytics, equities and fixed income investments, municipal securities, alternative investments including hedge funds and private equity funds, derivatives, and corporate finance. Michael has created and delivered courses on financial regulation, value as risk, alternative investments, data analytics, capital markets, derivatives, municipal bonds, and securitized products.
In addition to his consulting work, Michael is an assistant professor of finance at Fairfield University in Connecticut. He holds a PhD in finance from the University of Tennessee and his work has been quoted in the Wall Street Journal, CNN, Nasdaq.com, Bloomberg, Reuters, and many other outlets. Michael has advised numerous companies and organizations as a business intelligence and financial expert including Fortune 500 companies and government regulators.
Michael previously worked as a municipal bond trader for Wachovia Securities. His role there included analyzing various bond issues and forecasting returns based on proprietary models. He also worked for a hedge fund in Greenwich doing quantitative data mining and analysis. Previously, Michael was also a partner in a residential construction company with operations in the Charlotte, NC and Greenville, SC areas.
In addition to his PhD in finance degree, Michael also holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering and a Master’s Degree in Economics both from Clemson University.
