About Speaker Stephanie Holmes-Winton

Stephanie Holmes-Winton is the CEO and founder of CacheFlo Inc. She initially developed the concept CacheFlo’s products are based on during her decade working as an independent financial advisor from 2001-2011. She then sold her practice to take her concept and start a training program for other advisors. In 2013 she launched the Certified Cash Flow Specialist designation program (qualifies for 31 FP Canada-Approved CE Credits). Soon after came the original version of the professional cash flow planning software.

Stephanie has written two books on spending and debt, Defusing the Debt Bomb and $pent. She’s also been a regular contributor in media, including CBC radio and CTV, and her advice has been featured in publications from coast to coast.

BK

Excellent webinar on cash flow in retirement.

HN

myCPE is great

PC

This was the best CPE course I've taken through myCPE.com.

JP

Good.

JB

good

CP

Well done webinar with no technical difficulties

CD

The instructor’s insight into human nature and behavior is very much on point and makes this course super relevant and effective for advising others as well as ourselves.

SB

This was a very good course, and I agreed with the cash flow perspective of it, as well as a focus on costs and expenses.

JR

The course was excellent for retirement planning considerations on the personal level, which is why I attended. Great instructor.

JM

This was very informative and necessary for anyone in the Financial Services industry.

DC

I plan to use this valuable information for myself personally.

CS

Speaker debunked my thinking of fixed and variable costs and has her own way to manage costs of retirees. She has a unique way of presenting the materials.

MB

Even though I was listening for just my own benefit, I really enjoyed this one! I have heard of having separate bank accounts for budgeting. But having one for "Committed Expenses" verses a "Spendable Account" was a different way to think about it. I feel like this mentality shift could be very beneficial.

LW

Yes.

SA

The instructor was dynamic, grate personality and very clear on all topics discussed.

WK

None noted

JN

It was a good reminder of things and had a few new neat ways of setting up forms

MJ

I appreciate the topic, especially as the Baby Boomer generation continues to age

DC

great instructor

BW

I took this course for my personal interests. I think financial literacy is crucial to everyone. I love how the speaker gave concrete timeframe and excellent advice on setting up a separate account to have a better understanding of one's cash flow.

DF

Brief and high level look at retirement cash flow and analysis. The drawback was that I thought it was more of an advertisement for presenter's products.

HS

great presentation but I'm not certain how this would help my clients

NG

Great Source for CPE materials

LK

Good

JL

It was very informative.

MM

Very good.

EB

It could have been more effective if she had demonstrated how it could be integerated into a cash flow-based financial planning softward, rather than as a stand alone application. I found that lacking, believing that life and lifestyle is sa lifetime of projected cash flows that can be monitored and adjusted over time.

WT

Blew through the questions. Didn’t give enough time for participants to complete their CPE obligations. Usually there is a moderator handling this….there was none.
