She started training and coaching staff in her first job out of college as the director of volunteer services for the Los Angeles SPCA., and has provided training, support and mentoring programs at every job she’s held since including her stint at the manager of acquisition group information for a 1/2 billion dollar company.
She has over 30 years of experience working in executive leadership and in providing leadership and management training to others. I have experienced bullying at my current employer. Under previous management it was rewarded. Including promotions to keep the peace. The new management does not tolerate this behavior, but it will take a long time for the employees to speak up. They have been trained to just give up. This video encourages me to stand up to this behavior. I am ready!

This was a really helpful training on bullying behavior with practical approaches on how to manage all parties involved and genuinely aim for a resolution. I would recommend including a trigger warning with this video for anyone who is a SA or DV victim. It's mentioned briefly and casually, but a warning may be helpful to some viewers.
