There are too many grammatical errors in the questions.

The final quiz was focused heavily on attorneys and had MAJOR grammatical issues. I'm not sure how this CPE complies with the NC Ethics requirement, as at least half of the questions were about attorneys rather than CPAs. Well, I think they were... The phrasing of the questions was extremely difficult to understand. I'm going to go take another Ethics CPE just to make sure I comply with my 2 hour requirement!

This was a great section. Some parts of the book are dry, but that is laws and rules for you.
