The instructor was great but this was a lot of material - should probably be broken up into Partnership and S-Corp classes. Very well taught though!

The course represents "academic" information and is presented in "academic" style. If you are a practicing CPA or EA, there is very little practical information you'll learn here. Most of the information presented here is useless because most of CPA/EA will have no clients to apply this knowledge.
