The instructor was first rate. I'm a retired CPA tax and business valuation partner. Clearly this program is for people working in tax in their firms or companies. I took it to stay somewhat knowledgeable on tax for the business valuation services I'm solely involved in currently. More tax info than I needed at this time but for tax people I highly recommend this instructor.

Too long, I really find 8 hours are classes that I no longer want to take. If this class were a Part One and Part Two, which is easily done between S corporations and LLCs it would be more valuable.
